When you purchase a software license, the product is typically
downloaded from our web site as a Trial product. However, for those with slow internet connections, the software can also be delivered via CD upon request.
Following a purchase, you will be emailed an activation1 code that converts the trial software into a retail product. A single activation code can be used to activate any number of installations, the number being dependant on what you have purchased and the End User License Agreement.
Only one activation code is issued per individual, entity or company and that code is used to authorize all the seats that were purchased.
Additional seats (per machine licenses) can be purchased at the time of the initial sale or at any time following the date of the initial sale.
When additional seats are purchased, PrimaCode will update its server's records to reflect the total number of allowable seats for that activation code. Thereafter, you will be able to install the software on each of those additional computers per the End User License Agreement.
Since this type of licensing is on a per machine basis and not a per user basis, any number of users can access the software from the machine where Transform is installed, as long as they are authorized users for that computer and are logged on to that computer, even if they are restricted rights users.
Users accessing a computer over a network connection will not be able to access the software.
As software updates become available, anyone who has purchased a retail license can download and install an update, as long as the update is for the same primary version of the software (e.g. you purchased version 1.13.25 then all 1.x.x updates can be installed without an additional charge).
Succeeding versions (e.g. 2.x.x) will be subject to a customary upgrade fee.

To purchase additional seats for a previously purchased license or to
make a purchase of more than 10 seats, orders must be placed by telephone.
Those who prefer to place orders by telephone rather than using our on-line store can also do so.
